We use programs to help protect your personal information, including but not limited to: Splose, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 Business, Q-Global, Pearsons, and WPS Public.

Your Rights
You have the right access the personal information we hold about you, unless there is an exception, which applies under the National Privacy Principles.
Requests for personal information must be put in writing and will be addressed within a reasonable time.
A mutually agreeable time will be arranged for supervised access to your personal information. We may recover from you our reasonable costs of supplying access to your personal information.
We may decline a request for access to any information held or limit the information provided. In such circumstances, we will provide reasons for our decision and inform you of any relevant exceptions under the National Privacy Principles.
Data Breach
We follow the national requirements found on the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
If there is a data breach, we will act according to the Privacy Act 1988 Guidelines, act to remedy the breach immediately and notify you with the actions required. If it is a Notifiable Data Breach, we will notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold about you is accurate, complete, and up-to-date whenever we collect or use it.
