Hey! I'm Charmaine (she/her) - a neurodivergent occupational therapist living on Wadawurrung Country (Geelong).
I take a holistic and neuro-affirming approach to my work, weaving together an understanding of how the body-mind connection, nervous system, and sensory experiences shape our daily life. As a neurodivergent person myself, I know how powerful it can be to feel truly seen, heard, and supported in a way that celebrates your unique strengths and differences.
Over the years, I've found a special interest in autism, ADHD, mental health and psychosocial disability. I've worked across both public and private settings in disability and mental health, and have had the privilege of supporting people across Wadawurrung Country (Geelong), Dja Dja Wurrung Country (Bendigo), and Gunaikurnai Country (Gippsland).
I'm all about meeting you where you're at, which means my sessions are flexible and person-centred - whether that's in your home, out in the community, or online via telehealth.
When I'm not working, you'll find me spending time in nature, practicing yoga, learning to rollerskate, snowboarding, deep diving into my interests, and cherishing time with my favourite people.
